Attractive Compensation Package
$78,000-$85,000 plus quality incentive quarterly payout for excellence in clinical quality and after hours pay.*Compensation may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

A Day Life as a Hospice Nurse
Role of the RN Case Manager
As a Hospice Case Manager, you will have a special opportunity to provide, coordinate and direct the provision of hospice nursing and palliative care to terminally ill patients in their home and wherever they call home. Our Hospice nurses will closely collaborate with the attending physician, patients and their families, and other members of the patient care team to provide and maintain continuity of patient care to achieve excellent pain and symptom management and high-quality end-of-life care for the patient. We service an adult population providing support to patients and families.
Nuts & Bolts of the Job
Hospice RN Case Managers work Monday - Friday with a potential on call and Holiday coverage schedule. Case Manage 15-18 patients, attend Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contribute to team huddle calls, and receive updates on your patients daily.

You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an R.N is 3-4 weeks, however, is individualized according to your needs and experience.
